I live in Karachi Pakistan where diving season is ending in March. Is there any place in the world where one can dive between May - September and still get good visibility? Maldive, Indonesia and all these places get very murky during these months. Need help here

Thanks.

Murky? I can't imagine places like that ever getting murky. So how poor is the visibility during that time then??

Seahound - why don't you make it to the Baltic Sea. A little cold but nice to dive in European summertimes.

Red Sea is always a winner. Head for one of the liveaboards or just goto Sharm-el-sheikh for a few dives.

Seahound,

Coming at you from East Timor. We are going into our dry season here and getting ready for some great viz. The best months are June-October where 30m visibility is not out of the question and 15-25m is the norm.

Timor is not overrun by tourists and is a nice, quiet place. The hotel choices are limited but you can find the whole range from fancy to backpacker lodge. There is little to do in terms of organized cultural activities or nightlife but you're coming for the diving, right?

A marine biologist with extensive diving experience in SE Asia (mostly Indonesia) recently came for 10+ dives and said that he had not seen reefs healthier than the ones here in Timor.

Come join us, the diving is GREAT!!

Some of the prices are out dated. They are probably lower than what they were when they were listed.

The Kerama islands in Japan are quite clear during those times, along with the rest of southern Japan. Warm water great reefs and more...
