When Is Blue Heron Bridge Reopening

I was in my dive shop this weekend (located next to the Blue Heron Bridge) and an instructor from another shop just happened in, asking the staff for specifics on diving the bridge. I listened as they happily obliged, and the visitors headed for the bridge to dive......so of course, I had to ask what the latest word is. They say that people are diving it regularly, with no interference as yet from "law enforcement." Also, the reason on the street that the bridge is not reopening is due to the construction within the park itself as they are revamping things, apparently. They said most of the debris from the hurricanes has been removed......so, who are the brave souls who would like to try?
Actually, I've also been trying to figure out the Jupiter bridge angle for ages as well....when's the next best weekend for tides for trying?
