What's the deal with the "Advanced Nitrox" certification?

I saw Matt's reply to you on RBW. I will be interested in his opinion of this. I believe it was ANDI Asia that trained some OW divers on Draeger Dolphin but I have yet to have any first hand knowledge of a CCR OW course actually happening. Thanks for your reply.

I know OW classes (on drager) were conducted in Germany by ANDI, I also believe they were done in Japan..
These were test programs and never formally incorporated into the standards..
