What's the best hand held light available - need opinions.

I use UW Kinetics Super-Q ELED. It's tiny but I use it all the time as a primary on night dives. I have flooded one and am on my second one. It has the screw top over the battery which you can unscrew too far. It is more expensive at $80 - $120 range than the Intova lights. Not sure how they compare otherwise.
