Yeah its an Anthozoan most likely in order Actiniaria. Although this is the first I've heard of one eating a jelly... cool dive video btw!
 
Great job on the video. What did you shoot it with? I've seen Leopard Sharks at North and South Monastery in the shallow sandy area. They are not a common sight there though. North Monastery is a likely place to get your fins tugged on. I've had a seal snuggle up to me there.
 
Just a handheld GoPro. No filter, lights, or anything fancy. I ordered an underwater monopod for it that I'll hopefully get to test out at Catalina, so I can have footage of myself for once rather than dive buddies getting all the face time :p

I'll give North Monastery another shot.
