If you are buying, I would suggest a Thermo modular valve with a H valve adapter in 232 BAR. That way you can go Yoke or DIN any time, and if you do twin the cylinder later you wont waste any money. If your on a budget you can get the tank valve first and add the H later.
Don't forget to order the burst disc to match the tank
