What percentage of dives get cancelled due to weather?

Thanks for the reply. I did a Jupiter shark dive there a few years ago. Its actually a lot of fun. Not looking for pure shark dive this time but hoping to see you a few swimming about. Intention is to fine tune my drift diving in stronger currents for a liveaboard in 2025 and my understanding is Palm Beach is a good place for that.
Palm Beach is arguably the best place to hone your drift diving skills. May is better than February for diving weather. Can never guarantee an animal sighting but sharks are always around in palm beach and Jupiter. If not a shark, you’re likely to see loggerhead sea turtles, maybe a Goliath grouper or two, green morays, southern sting rays, and many other interesting species of aquatic life.
 
Had a dive in Venice canceled this month, but was able to dive the day before. Looking to go back when the water warms up some - anyone have a recommendation on when the best time in the spring is for water temp and calm weather for diving?
