I'm a tech cave diver. But at age 60 I place limitations on myself as to depth but not duration. Many cave dives exceed 90 minutes but don't go deeper than 120 feet. I've basically forgotten recreational diving and haven't been in the ocean in a year. Yet, I did 70 cave dives in '06. The last ocean dive I did was in West Palm Beach and a class of new divers were on the boat from NC. Their instructon asked if they could look over my gear as I was the only person in a drysuit with redundant regs, lights etc. They thought it was over kill to dive like that. But after the first dive when I was nice and warm on the boat and most of them were cold, I think a few of them started to appreciate my set-up. The long hose really puzzeled them. LOL
