My Dodge Stratus serves me well

same car here just called "plymouth breeze" ... dont' you like GM selling the same car with multiple brands ? :-)

did 300+ mile dive trips with it, loaded with 7 tanks and gear for two divers + two divers + all the stuff needed for 4 days away from home

... + laptop + ac/dc converter + GPS + internet access via cell phone ... + .. ok.. i got carried away...

laptop and gps keeps the passenger occupied so he is not bugging me while driving :-)

same principle as with dvdvideo games and kids...

the only problem is that when some old lady cut me off at the toll booth all the tanks flew in through the back seat.. the lock on it is not strong enough :-/

I used to have an 84 Blazer, then a 97 Expedition, now a 99 Tahoe.
Once between the Bazer and the Exp.after I got some air fills at the LDS, I put them in my Audi fox, when I turned a corner they slid off the tank holder and one of the valves spun open......man:wacko: there sure was alot of air rushing out of that tank, I couldn't pull over fast enough:D

A beat up 87 Ford Bronco, (full sized, none of this Bronco II stuff!) I am working on a design for the ultimate scuba van, though.

My wifes Infinty FX serves us well though it's not your typical SUV. She thinks it is and that's all that matters.

I gotta 94 S-10 Blazer "Div-mo-beel" that works good, 4x4 is a necessity here. It's primary duty is diving.

What I'm looking for diligently is an all wheel drive Astrovan, good on milage (sorta), front and rear air, big enough to sleep in, holds two divers comfortably for a road trip.

Not a bad choice, for mine, though, I want a full sized van, more room, and you can pull a boat! Slight sacrifice on the fuel economy.

I guess I am just a pup when it comes to diving. So far the only way I have gotten to a dive is either I walked or caught a local bus. (Needless to say I have not aquired much gear yet either... although I did just buy a mask!).
