I recently acquired a regulator (first and second stage), both marked with this logo. My Octo is a U.S. Divers (this picture is NOT my equipment, but the only photo I could find of the logo). Yep! The octo in the picture is an old Genesis afaik. Like this one:

It's definitely their old logo - Apply for a Trademark. Search a Trademark

I think they're part of Sherwood Scuba now.

I believe the Genesis octo diversteve posted is the exact same regulator as the US Divers Pioneer. Internally it's the same as some Aqualung model also.
