What would be the current market value of two mint condition, never used PST HP-120 tanks mfg in 2002? (back then I understand they sold for $357 each).

Well, an E7-120 is only $348 at DiveRite Express including shipping, valve, and VIP. However, since they aren't available until mid- to late-May, you might find someone who wants one NOW!
