What is the earliest you can get into Phil Foster?

I want to do BHB with my son Thursday, and high tide I believe is just after 7. What is the earliest you can get in the park? My son goes home Saturday, and have a trip to the Sea Emperor on Friday morning, so hoping I can get this in as well.

So, sounds like sunrise to me. Google search shows sunrise this Thursday at 6:28 AM. Sounds like a viable option to me. Enjoy and have fun!
