Someone who requires a definition? :)

I think newbie is a state of mind - or in my case, a lack thereof.

Post your answers...

Someone with 1 less dive than me

some one that dont trust himself to do something (correct, safe, right.....what ever), so goes and ask some one that has done it before......

Newbie (noo' bee): A person who is new to scuba diving.....from Websters dictionary

Signs you are a newbie (noo' bee)
1. Put your regulator on before your BCD.
2. The minute that you hit the water, you're finning
3. Arms are flaying around in the water.
4. Your equipment is all new with the price tags still on it.
5. You don't have your permanent OW card, yet.

I can't think of any more.....but hey all you newbies (noo" bee), welcome to the best club in the world. A very long time ago, I took my first dive. The thrill has never left.

Be safe and have a blast!!!!!
