I am still wondering about the two guys getting the human arm in the mail.

I know one that seems to be the same kind of thing. The story was they were in a lost platoon and needed to find food to survive, so each day a person would give his arm to be eaten, days pass by and on the last day before the last guy can cut off his arm as food for that day they get saved. So he then cut off his hands to even up the score kind of deal.

Dunno if they are the same one though.
