I'm with Bob . . . not sure there is anything I HAVEN'T forgotten at one time or another.
Top entries are: Forgetting my boots when going to do a dive with a fellow from Canada, and going to the shop and renting some, only to get back to the car and realize I had also forgotten my hood.
Forgetting my drysuit when hauling my boat to launch for a critical window of slack, and having to turn around and go home for it. (That was the beginning of the day I tried to sink the boat.)
Forgetting my boots and doing a dive in my drysuit and Crocs. That was better than the day I forgot my undergarments, and did a dive in the polarfleece stuff I keep in my dry bag to put on in case of floods. That was a short, cold dive!
Showing up for the first day of Cave 1 class and realizing my regulators were still in the condo (I'm not sure Danny's opinion of me ever recovered from that snafu).
I can't remember ever forgetting tanks, but I've shown up with empty ones.
