Greg D.:
boy someone opened a can of worms with this question :D I just got one thing to say about it MOF'ERS RULE :D

heh.. MOF'ERs... I haven't heard that one yet. pretty darn hilarious.. :)

I actually had some idiot the quarry once ask me if I was in distress because
I put my mask on my head while floating about 15 feet from the dock while
waiting for the dock area to clear of a class getting ready to submerge.

I told him that *IF* I was in distress did he think I would have taken the
effort to raise my mask and place it on my forhead and wouldn't I be failing
my arms about and yelling H-E-L-P !! ????

After a moment of dead silence, where the entire open water class turned
to look at him for an answer, he finally answers a slowly said... " uhhhmmm. noooo?"
and quickly turned around and walked away. (with the class chuckling at him)

You were in distress OR you had water in your throat and your arms were pinned under the weight belt release ... there's no other explanation.

<electrical crackling> Press the little DAN flag on the instructors cap for another PADI answer.

Sigh...., I now wear my mask backwards on forehead.

Pimp Style :), aren't I cool now?

Somebody save me!

Its only cool if the strap cover has an important brightly colored message for your rescuer like "Please continue CPR even if I'm beyond saving because I'm an organ donor"

<crackle> Press the DAN flag now for another important PADI message ...
