Sue uses an Air II, so there's no holder. Kim uses a snorkel keeper. I use a bungee necklace.

I use a necklace made from a latex scrap and two zipper ties. Easy to make, easy to size. Finally replaced my last one after about 7 years of use:

You know, if we'd just get rid of that extra second stage, teach buddy breathing again, we wouldn't have this dilemma of necklace, snorkel keeper, or space pen.
