What do you all put everything in to carry it to a dive site especially a dive boat? I want to be able to carry my BP/W, Reg, Mask/fins/boots/hood/gloves, exposure suit, and all the other stuff. I was thinking of maybe using one of those rubber maid containers with a lid but was thinking it may be to big for a boat. Want to get everyone else's opinions on what works the best.

A mesh backpack and a soft regulator bag. Cheap ones at that. Everything I need for the dive fits in the backpack. The regulator bag is my save-a-dive kit and includes spare regulator, spare mask, spare computer, and a bunch of other small stuff. Everything fits under the seat in my space.

For multi day trips I use a huge Mares back pack with 2 sets of gear. For day trips and to the lake where my bag will get dirty I use a old US divers duffle bag. My pool bag is a mesh bag.

Akona boat bag. Mesh top, fabric bottom. Has plenty-o-room for my dive equipment, pony tank with reg, and photo gear. Then it folds up small for storage when I have my gear in the water. Now for at home, I use a LARGE rubbermaid container to keep bugs, dirt, etc off my gear.

Wing/Regs is always attached to my tank before getting on the boat and tied down as one. All my other stuff in a mesh bag.

Anything solid like a bucket or crate would be less popular than anthrax on a RIB due to space reasons.

It depends on the boat. For a small boat I put as much gear together before getting on the boat and then just take one dry bag. For a larger boat I just use the same thing as when diving from my car which is a Rubbermaid container.
