What do I wear underneath?

Getting a 3 mm crushed neo dry suit. What should I wear under it?

I have under armour cold gear top and bottoms as a 1st layer, but what between that and the suit? I'll be diving in Ontario throughout the winter, what would you suggest?

I am on the warm side while under water, last week, water was 40 degrees and I was in a 7mm farmer john and stayed warm except for my fingers...grabbed the wrong gloves.

With your high tolerance to cold, you might be able to get by with some 300 weight fleece and add layers if needed.

The fleece would make for a very flexible combination with your crushed neoprene suit, allowing great mobility.
