If you want the "old" Scubaboard back just select ScubaBoard Red in the dropdown at the lower left corner of this - and every screen.
It also looks like ScubaBoard Blue 3.8.2 gives you most of the new functionality introduced in the last couple of days with the SB banner.
SB has been running on .vBulletin for a number of years. We customize it slightly but the core s/w is JelSoft's .vBulletin. IIRC we're currently running 3.6-8. DMX and Scubatoys made the switch to 4.0 recently which is why they look different.
