I'm particularly interested in people's experience with 350-365 g/m2 ripstop nylon outer shells? Used in lower wear areas of the Santi E.Lite Plus and Bare X-Mission Evolution? Do they hold up to every day cold water reef diving? (not cave and wreck hard use).

yes. although for reef diving, presumably you're not crawling on the reef, so any material will last approximately indefinitely when compared to cave/wreck usage.
