Yes, helpful, thanks. I was originally looking at a 5mm wetsuit. Was hoping the 7mm super-stretch would give similar protection with more flexibility than a 5mm. If not, I'll just send it back. Figured it was worth a look since the 7mm was discounted over 75%.

Superstretch is more flexible giving grater range motion with less restriction of movement. The trade off is not quite as warm standard neoprene. Hope that helps.
