Fish_Whisperer:I've got a 7mm semi-dry with that same zipper. Argh.... LOL!! If I ever had an emergency where I had to get out of that suit in a hurry, I'd just be out of luck....

Number 2, and that happened to me once, while wearing my 5mm. I just barely made it, with not one second to spare!! (And I will never, NEVER eat McDonald's for breakfast before diving, ever again!)

i had the same thing happen to me few months ago. bought a new tri suit, put it on, and the zipper got stuck on a piece of the lining. i think the moment i discovered i couldnt unzip it triggered my "gotta pee" sensors. i had to pee, and it was getting worse. since i live alone, i was screwed. i did end up peeing in it a few hours later. then i just took a small screw driver and was able to look in the mirror and break the zipper. once i washed it and dried it i was able to replace the zipper slider and it was back to new!
Do you realize you resurrected a thread from 2007?
