Depending on how they're schedule works out, we're going to try to get them to Peacock, LR, and Madison this trip. However, I'd be interested in seeing those Wakulla area sites...

Come to our meeting this Saturday evening if you can. Look for posted location, map, and directions tomorrow. We have been busy over here. :)

I think by April, we're going to have a number of fun sites opened up. There's a few places to dive right now. Some cavern, some intro, some need trimix, and some you'd better bring a scooter!

That "Turnkey" horse ranch is still for sale.

No, we spent ten years running a horse ranch. I think I'm over that one for good :)

Saw some beauties on the drive up from Orlando to High Springs, though.

Please post details of where you'll be and when as the time gets closer. I'd love to drive up and dive with you one weekend. But, hey, no "doctor-talk"! :)

Hopefully I'm available when you're in the P'cola-ish area.

I'll need to come down the day before and crash at your place. I want to meet Lynne too.

Smedley & I will be at Vortex with OW classes the weekend of 1-2 March... when do you think you'll be at the Mill Pond? If Monday the 3rd looks good for JB that might work. :)
Rick

My guess is that we'll drive up to Marianna either Saturday or Sunday night, and we'll almost certainly be diving JB on the 3rd, Rick.

I would love to meet the whole group of you -- Andy, I've been reading your posts from the beginning of my time on SB, and I used to read your blog. Doug, I love your photography, and value your sharing of your expertise on cardiology with the board. Michael, it's ridiculous to drive ten hours to meet ME -- But if you do, it'll be fun to put a face to the person I've talked so much with.

And for those of you I don't know real well from the board, it will be fun to meet you, too!

As we firm up the itinerary, I'll post it here.

Lynne,

If I could, I'd drive way up North to meet you, Peter and Bob. Then drive South to meet the SoCal group. :)

But I want to tackle Devil's again, and see if I can come away with fingers this time (and maybe make the whole thing a little more elegant).

I envy you!!!!

You have to do the Peacock. It's a must. And such a beautiful place!!!!!!!!
You have to dive with Jean. She comes form a group of species called jeanus cavenous. They are the few ones that were born and live in caves.
:D
You may also contact Dick Rutkowski (my fellow Pole in the cave country) and do the dive there with him. He surely knows this cave. When I met him there it was a lot of pleasure talking to him about this place.
As for fingers - first time I lost all my fingertips. So i bought myslef very thin gloves (not to loose the touch feelings) but with soem leather on finger tips. And they work wonders....

Have a great time Lynn!!!!
