Huh. All I have is a BBQ lighter (which I use for lighting candles since I burn myself with a regular lighter).
That's what I used! Quit smoking a loonggggg time ago. :)

Does anyone else here use crushed leaves for defog? Or am I the only one?

Marie use a bic lighter and keep it moving, watch the glass it will get clear as the silicone dissolves. Then there will be soot on the glass clean it with tooth paste and then baby shampoo before use. I go ver my new masks a couple times with lighter. Just keep the flame moving.

I've used my butane torch (read: crack lighter) on more masks than I could possibly remember, at least 200! Students with foggy masks are often distracted by it, so a quick hit before we get in the pool takes care of the cleaning they should have done, but didn't (or didn't do a good job).

There's no way anyone could tell they have been "burned."
