Nope, one of the upgrades they did to the SB server software definitely horked up rendering certain characters on the SB end, including the degree character and several others. A damned shame too, but I guess it is what it is. I just got used to typing out the word degree, and I thought Tammy's superscripting the lower case "o" (like this: o) was a brilliant idea that seems to be unaffected by this bug.

Or so I thought. When I was in the writing mode, it worked fine, but it came out different when it was posted. I have used it for a decade without a problem. Hmmmm.
Nope, that's not why. I just transposed the numbers
Ž®, Ž©, Ž°, Ž±, Ž², and Ž³ are the only ones I know off the top of my head. Anything else I'll go to the Character Map for.
Edit: Scubaboard seems to have problems with those characters. It's adding a in front of most of 'em.
It's not likely SB... check your page encoding. Remember, this is a website, which means it's your computer not understanding the reference.
