For me the difference was about 4 pounds.

My wife's henderson 5mm GC med jump suit to henderson 3mm GC small jumpsuit is a 5 lb change. 4 sounds safe.

About 4 lbs for me as well (salt water), I'm an XL, 6' tall, 225 lbs.
