Weight Belt on before or after BP/Wing?

I think that's one of the things that I stated that I wouldn't do. I'd do that dive in a dry suit. With the doubles required to carry 200 cu ft of gas I don't have any ditchable weight anyway unless it's really cold and I have lots of insulation on and the mix is heavy on the helium. The plan still isn't to toss the weight though because doing so means that I'll be unable to control my ascent.
 
If you had to take your bp/w off underwater to fix something, it would be easier to do if the weightbelt is under the crotch strap.

Yes but you can manage taking the scuba unit off either way.

Also if you have to take it off things are already pretty messed up.
