Weight belt causing back ache.

I had the same problem when first diving dry. I fixed the "problem" by using a 5kg plate from AGIR and a Halcyon weighted STA. I now only have 3kgs on a weight belt. It was an expensive cure, but a cure nonetheless. Prior to that I could hardly stand after a dive.
