http://www.huronscuba.com/equipment/scubaCylinderSpecification.html and other similar websites list lots of tank specs. As you can see, not all steel 80lp tanks are the same, nor are all steel 80hp tanks.

If you are trying to figure out how changing a tank affects how much lead you need for proper weighting, then the key figure to look at is the "Buoyancy Empty, lbs" column. Be sure to look at the figure for the specific tanks you are using or considering buying.
