I'll be there! And I'm pretty sure I've got my husband Charlie talked into going as well. I haven't been underwater in almost a month. Longest I've gone since I got certified. I'm not sure I'll know anyone there...ICE, you going? Gen?

Time? Place?

We'll be going to Gorgonian City Wednesday night. I think this will be almost everybody's first time there. It's one of my favorite spots in Malibu. Send me a PM and we'll discuss details. In the water around 7:30 works for a few of us.

I know at least for me, sometimes it's tough to get off my butt and do a weekly dive but I also know that once I get in the water I realize why I love this sport so much.

Hey All,

I'm a maybe at the moment - work has been crazy. I'll keep you posted...

Greg.

We're thinking about doing two dives tomorrow. Charlie prefers to dive someplace in the daylight before he does a night dive there, and neither one of us has done Gorgonian City before. We're going to head there a bit earlier and try to be in the water by about 5:30. That should give us enough time to do a dive before sunset. Then we can go in again with everyone else around 7:30.

If anyone else wants to come earlier, I'll be parked there in my white 2005 Honda CRV with the white spare tire cover. Looking forward to meeting you all!

Hey LeeAnne, make sure you call me before you get in the water. The only way to find the actual reef is by navigating underwater. There really isn't any physiographic characteristics that tell you where the good stuff is located. It's really simple if you know where you're going and I am the master at giving directions. :eyebrow:

Billy, that's awesome...thanks! Okay, I'll call you when we're there, so you can direct me. I can't believe it's been almost a month since I got wet...that damn cold I had truly knocked the stuffing out of me. I haven't gone this long since I got certified. I'm still coughing a bit, but other than that I'm fine and ready to blow some bubbles!

Drat. :( I have to work late tomorrow. Perhaps next week...

Bummer Kalani! Oh well...I hope next week works out. I'm going to try to get underwater every Wed that I can.
