I think pinellas and hernando each have their own tank sites. here's a listing for pinellas:

mostly lat/long, but some gps, and more reefs than I thought...

State of FL mantains a list, but I can't seem to find it. If you REALLY want to know, dive shops/charters know all. I'd call Narcosis in Tarpon Springs. They've always been pretty friendly to me, and they do charters.
