A bunch of us hit the scallop beds with Boston Scuba today. Water temps were 50-55 and we all got our full of scallops.

This is soooo not right! I have been on the road for 2 months and no diving, no scallops.....arggggh. That said - cerveza, scallop ceviche - yummm.
it was quite a shock diving Folly Cove yesterday and hitting temps of 48-51... oh well, soon enough it'll be wicked nice out...
that's a good idea! I'm thinking prepping the ceviche before the dive and then after the first dive toss a scallop ceviche together and by the time we're back at the dock after the second dive it should be quite tasty!
