www.shiptoshoreradio.com has a really nice SST chart and a chlorophyll chart so you know where the green is. You have to click on "listening area" first before you can get to the page with those links on it. The SST isn't always up to date nor is it complete because fog or moisture in the air blocks a good sattelite signal.

I googled your link and it's used by multiple sites for average temps. They are all failing just like yours. Sometimes they don't use DNS and will just use an IP address which is what you are showing. Here is the Whois information for the ip address you posted.
