I googled your link and it's used by multiple sites for average temps. They are all failing just like yours. Sometimes they don't use DNS and will just use an IP address which is what you are showing. Here is the Whois information for the ip address you posted. just thought someone else might have used it (i used it for years) and knew where it went? it was cool, it showed where the plume of warm water was and all the temp increments......very cool
