Water Temperature?

Hi boys and girls

Where do you get the water temperature at the destination when planning your dive holiday? Besides from the local dive op?

There's a web www.bigblueplanet.com that has alot of useful info.

Wondering if there're other webs that have global water temp info too?

Since I only really dive here in SoCal, I use these two:

I usualy try these forums, and I certainly appreciate your type of query, versus the standard "what thickness wetsuit will I need?" line or questioning.

If I get no result, I switch to GOOGLE and search with criteria such as "red sea" "water temp", etc. Quite often LDS for the specific destination have great data on their websites, sometimes no information at all.

I always try SCUBABoard first.

I guess there's similar website around? As in for waters in all parts of the world.

I thought I saw one, meant for surfers some time ago. But I can't find it anymore! Tried searching here in Scubaboard, Yahoo, Google... No luck...
