Water temp in Visayas / July

I'm going to be diving in the central Visayas, Phillipines in early July and am hoping it will be warm enough to dive without a suit. I have dived in plenty of places in S.E. Asia without a suit and never got cold (Sipadan, Bunaken, Thai islands etc). Does anyone know what approx surface and bottom (20m ish) temps will be around say Bohol, Apo island and Siquijor?
Why no suit? I love it - even if I have been stung by jelly fish a couple of times.

no suit is fine in the visayas. I've done it plenty of times. You're looking at 28C low but more likely around 30C. Check out the philippine paradise divers forum for more info.
