I may need to introduce myself on this board, I post more over on the Panhandle board, but some here have met me. Bugman, PDH, Seayoda,and Tom I know all met me in Destin before. I live in Evans GA which for those without GPS or maps is actually a small community outside Augusta.
As SeaYoda will vouch I am more a warm water, ocean diving diva than the cold springs, but I finally took the plunge at Morrison this summer. I did enjoy it and I am sure I will be going back.
I can't promise that I will be there for this auspicious occassion, but I will be trying to make arrrangements to make atleast some of it. I may not actually get down that way until sometime through the day Saturday. I will stay over in Destin, and drive to Vortex to meet you all if, I can get away from my work that weekend.
I have been looking for a weekend in October to come down anyway, so maybe this will be the one.
I most likely will have my sister with me, and maybe I can get her to bring her gear, she is such a wimp. She doesn't dive as much as I do, and she feels inferior as a diver.
Well, hope to meet more SB'rs.
