Are warm water wimp Conchs allowed to attend? :)

I vote yes.

If you can stand the 68ºF panhandle springwater temps.

There are a lot of ifs involved.... but I do have this trip on my radar (and a newer 5mm wetsuit), and if things work out, I am gonna try to make the trip. Hermit Crab will be coming along as well. Will there be other kids/somebody that is willing to bubblewatch? HC is 11.
We would be camping as well. Can one or two sites hold a bunch of tents, or do I need to get a site?
How do ya'll plan the meals? Self serve/survival, pot luck, each their own?

I believe you can have up to 8 people per site (first two included in the price), eh? There's certainly room for more than one tent, at least on the primitive areas... Wouldn't know about the rest.

They say they allow up to 8 people and/or two tents per site. I THINK we had more tents on The Kraken's site last year, they are certainly big enough :) Nobody made a fuss about the amount of people onsite last year. The Kraken's site did end up being the epicenter of shinanigans, cept during the big cookout in which the bottom of the GrandView and the big ole BBQ pit was front-n-center.

Friday night has been spent at Sally's. On your own for breakfast(Vortex has some food-ish stuff - like basic gas station junk). Lunch at Sally's or Subway or whatever you brought yourself on Saturday. Big pot-luck sausagefest and beer party Saturday night. On your own for breakfast again and Sunday for lunch.

We could probably make some breakfast omlets in a bag, DEEPSEAWOLF style if there is enough interest...

"food-ish stuff"? I'll have you know that they had all four of the four major food groups last time I was there: jerky, Skittles, tortilla chips, and water. What more can one need?

(Hmm... I wonder if we could talk them into carrying a selection of MREs, just for when you're *really* hungry from lugging too much gas around...)
