If there is ever the potential to get a fill where there will be pure O2 introduced into the tank at any point, you need to have the tank and valve O2 cleaned. Period. Full stop.

Post #3 and #9 are the meat in this sammich...and it's not JUST about O2 cleaning the tank and valve...are the valve MATERIALS...O2 safe?

Something to keep in mind next time you change an o-ring...
