Visit from Canada to the UK

I will be making the trek to the UK for the first time in April 2003. I was wondering if anyone could provide any details if any worthwhile scuba dives exist in the Liverpool - Manchester area?

Also, any scuba stores or clubs where I might find a dive buddy?

In April the UK season is just starting up again. Some divers will dive through the year but most people hang up their fins until Spring.

I'm not sure what the diving is like around there although there are plenty of good dives to be had in the Irish Sea.

You could try posting on www.diverforum.co.uk or www.yorkshire-divers.co.uk to try and find a friendly local.

enjoy your trip to the uk i cant help you with the northen clubs and dive sites but if youve still got wheels left on your hire car and you fancy coming down south then let me know and ill sort out a few dives for you
