"The 5th port needs to be torqued to 160 inch pounds of force"

Hmmm. If you're talking about the DIN connector that screws into the first stage, then it would be something that anyone who's taken the HOG reg repair class with Dive Right In Scuba should know. That person should also know the recommended tool to use for the job (boxed end adapter + torque wrench?).What about the DIN port?

FYI, other manufacturers specify 12-22 ft-lbs. as the torque spec. for the DIN connector on their first stages.
Yes. I rebuilt my second stages the other week and filmed it. I will have to get the video together after the new year.
