Visibility continues to be good, and getting better at all the local sites. Usually 40 - 50 feet at depth. Could see the surface from 85 feet at Oak Leaf. Sometimes a little soupy in the shallows, but not too bad.

Was out at Madrona point on Saturday. Even with the overcast and light rain, vis was still a good 30 - 40 feet.

This dive marked the 1500th dive of my diving career. :yeahbaby:

Thanks to all my great dive buddies who made this possible.

Conditions in the central island continue to be good, and improving. Great vis at Dolphin yesterday, and great vis at Oak Leaf on the weekend.

A good 50 feet plus on the big wall at Madrona today.

Starting to see a lot of sea lions in the area - we were buzzed several times.

A good 50 feet of vis at Tyee Cove this morning.

Visibility was easily 50ft at Tyee today.

Still didn't stop me leaving and probably driving over my OMS bottom timer on the way home! :-(

The recent winds have played havoc with visibilty at Madrona. 20 feet at best in the shallows, and 30 feet at best on the big wall. More wind forecast which hopefully doesn't affect visibility too much.
