Actually, I'll be out there on Thursday, so I'll let you know. My group was supposed to go to 40 fathom grotto to keep up our deep dive qualifications, but that's been postponed because of exceptionally bad vis there, so We're doing some recovery stuff at VB.

Colin, the last time we went north of the pier was at the Coast Guard building, right?

No problem. We are running a manatee trip this weekend (www.castawayscuba.com). We use Crystal River Dive Lodge Center (www.manatee-central.com). I was up there in December and the manatees were abundant. Here's a couple of pics I took. Have fun I know we always do.

Those pictures are pretty nice. That is better visibility than what we're used to.(7-8 feet) Right now we're leaning towards diving the springs up there on Friday, but we definitely would love to try the manatee trip if we can make it up there Sat or stay over Friday night.
