What vaccines should divers keep up to date? I dive mostly in the U.S. (primarily on the east coast) with one or two trips a year to the Caribbean/Mexico. I would eventually like to dive in Thailand, Australia, and South Africa (...someday).

From previous threads and some research I have come up with:
Tetanus
Hep A
Hep B
Typhoid

I already have my meningitis vaccine.

Are there any others that are recommended?

Thanks!

I traveled 8 years around the globe and extensively to the far east. Depending on where exactly you plan to go, i.e rural vs. metro areas, specific countries, etc, etc.. your requirements may vary. There are some sites out there, including foreign affairs sites that give advise.

My 'cocktail' would be:

Difteria, Tetanus, Thyphoid, Polio (less now since it has been eradicated in 98% of the world) as a basis

Yellow fever, Hep A/B.

Malaria meds for certain areas. Always bring ethyl/propyl alcohol to clean scrapes and cuts and you are good to go.

The CDC website will give you specific information on any destination, as to which vaccines or prophylaxis regimens are recommended for that area of the world. It does vary.

Everyone should keep their tetanus immunizations up to date, though. And getting the Hep B series makes sense for anyone who is going to travel in Asia, for sure.
