Portadam is not a diving company nor did I see any type of diving equipment on their web site. If this were a commercial diver you would not have to go looking for him, he would be at the other end of the umbilical. If he was a commercial diver and ran into trouble he would have been able to talk to his tender on the surface. It would seem to be a reasonable guess that he was on scuba.
