Capt. Michael Jensen:
My boat is sold?????? :dropmouth

I heard a rumor that the guy at South Shore Divers (If that's indeed who started this rumor) is a rumor spreading *******!!! :1poke: Can anyone offer any information to verify this? (Other than this rumor of my boat being sold?) :no

FYI, This is what the shop owner sent me earlier tonight with my response. I hope this clears things up...

The post on the site was a joke. I knew you'd see it and meant no harm. I am sure Pete would vouch for my character if asked to. I am still rather curious as to where Pete got his information as I spoke with him not that long ago and he never mentioned my boat moving to NH to me.

Mike,

I am the owner of the shop you questioned. I was told the boat had been sold and was moving to New Hampshire by Peter from Diverite when he was in the store showing us his line yesterday. We were talking about technical training and instructors I could contact about teaching some courses. I guess the information I was given was wrong. Glad to know because your boat was one of the boats we recommended when people asked about diving wrecks.

:D HEY DIESEL!!! I just heard on the SB that the Seeker is SOLD!? How come you did'nt tell us when we were diving? Jim Jam is going to cry!

CRY???? I was about reading to have a heart attack!!!

Hey Diesel...I've got a single AL72 with a half full pony bottle...is this good for the Bass?? Can I set the hook??

You guys actually dive with one tank on the Bass. The norm for my buddies is to actually have a 30 cf pony and on top of that a travel sling tank (72 cf) to go to and fro on the anchor line then to have hang tanks for each diver. Just a different way of doing things to add some redundancy and more safety factors. What I'm told is if you go past deco you're in for a longer stay and a single tank then becomes too little. Like I said just another ones opinion. Hope you guys have a safe and enjoyable dive. Vis was always 30+ when my buddies have dove the wreck someday I may give it a try.

I'm not religious but I think this term is fitting. I hope everyone is kidding about doing the Bass on anything other than doubles with deco plans and plenty of deco gas....

Yes, this was of course a joke!!!

I don't think they'd let me snorkel in water that deep with a AL72!!!

:D Jim, don't you have work to do? And why are you still alive? Im sure I saw you on the 853 with a single! I still dont have a full size tank, so im taping a whole bunch of 13 ponies together into a "pod" like affair. Im sure I can get away with it, but im sure Capt. Mike wont let me near the boat.(or the dock) Do you think my boat will make it? You can be 1st. mate! I will need help looping all the ponies to a reg. so far my old dbl hose looks to be the best shot at it working. I will need more beer to figure out all the details.
