Well that's good to know.....I have seen people diving the Bass on singles and no backup systems. I arrived on my boat to see 4 divers aboard another boat over the Bass. We said hello and asked if we could tie up to them. We get tied up and started gearing up. I turn around and no one is on the boat! Ha ha ha - all 4 dropped in with single alum 80's with no backup systems and no one on the boat. In about 8 minutes all four were back on the surface "what a great dive!". Whoa....that's one hell of a surface swim if the boat got free ;)

It was implied that the boat was YOUR charge, since you tied up to it! 8 min?? That's some sac rate!

:D Jim, don't you have work to do? And why are you still alive? Im sure I saw you on the 853 with a single! I still dont have a full size tank, so im taping a whole bunch of 13 ponies together into a "pod" like affair. Im sure I can get away with it, but im sure Capt. Mike wont let me near the boat.(or the dock) Do you think my boat will make it? You can be 1st. mate! I will need help looping all the ponies to a reg. so far my old dbl hose looks to be the best shot at it working. I will need more beer to figure out all the details.
O Gezz thats too much
Ya know.. mabye you can come along for entertainment.
we might have to have you sign a "special" waver tho. :)

and when it comes to figuring out technical configurations. i found Patron works better than beer

Ha ha ha - I guess so! The 8 min total time would be about right considering the NDL's for this one. Touch the Conning Tower then head up....party.

How is that even fun?

duly noted.........I will work this into my master plan. Im trying to work one of the ponies to hold an "adult beverage" for dry mouth. I need to look at ctmax's kegerator for technical hose routing. I cant' seem to find it in the DIR handbook:D[/QUOTE]

Excellent
if you load the cels in your body with Alcohol. theres no room for nitrogen..
this is a excellent way to extend your NDL :)
