I have a Cressi-Sub Aqualight-R BCD which I love.

It's a jacket style and is lightweight for travel. I was wondering if anyone hangs gadgets like a small reel, small light, knife INSIDE of the BCD instead of hanging them off the D rings? Seems like that would help with streamlining as well as preventing entanglements and other such nuisances.

I already keep a large safety sausage in one of the BCD's built-in pockets and a larger dive light in the other one.

I suppose you could buy one or two of those pockets to put these gadgets into and maybe glue it to the inside of the BCD. Of course before doing anything like that I'd like to get feedback because I don't want to start messing around with my BCD if I could damage it.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Sy

I would think that would adversely impact both the fit and the comfort of the BC.

Unless you have avery unusual model hanging stuff inside would be very uncomfortable, especially when inflated at the surface. It would laso seem that the sguff would have poor access.

I can't even imagine doing it with something like a reel, maybe a fish ID card.

Do you have D-rings inside on which to hang gear?

Pete
