I live on Hawaii and want to know if anyone uses their catchment tank to rinse their gear. I was thinking of making a tether and soaking my gear (pressurized) for a while. I know that this will not rinse the inside of my BC but I would imagine that it would clean the rest fairly well. Would the tiny amount of salt affect the pump? Even if I dive every day?

Mahalo in advance,

David
